Dear Charleen and family,
We are very sorry to hear of Bob’s passing. There are so many good memories from JP2 and CCH days. It was a joy and an education to be a colleague of Bob’s and to see how he supported his students and helped them achieve their personal bests. In more recent years we had great conversations with Bob when we biked through his neighbourhood. He was so proud of you all and we know you have many memories to comfort you in the days ahead. Yes, we’ll head over to the MerlaMae and have a milkshake for Bob!

Dear Charleen and family. I am deeply saddened to hear of Bob’s passing. I had the privilege and honour to teach, play golf golf and to be considered a friend of Bob’s. He cared for the students he taught, not only academically, but as contributors to society. He gave of his time without an ounce of hesitation. He loved his sports and was always willing to share his experience and knowledge to anyone who asked
I became a better teacher and more kinder human being because of the lessons and example of Bob
My thoughts and prayers are with you and all his extended family. Remember the good times for there were many

Uncle Bob was a man who loved to help others. I remember in high-school during a cross-country meet, I fell and he happened to be at that marker and encouraged me to get up and keep going. All those times swimming in his family pool with fun memories all around. Love Becky
