Obituary of Annie Ross

Annie Ross (nee Barlow) of London, ON in her 97th year with her loving family by her side, died peacefully on August 8, 2024 at Meadow Park LTC. Annie (Nan) was born Haldane’s Land, Hardgate, Duntocher, Scotland in October 1927. Nan met and married the love of her life, David Ross in 1948. Emigrating to Canada they went on to have five children: Alan, Anne, Sandy, Glen and Leona. Nan retired from 3M Canada London after working there for over 30 years. Nan was predeceased by her beloved husband David (2006), their eldest son Alan (2019), and all her brothers and sisters. She is survived by her children Anne (Gary Watson), Sandy (Michael Gelinas), Glen Ross (Kim Wright) Leona Ross-Alexander (Ron Alexander-2023) and daughter-in-law Antoinette Ross. Nan was blessed with eight grandchildren: Laurie (Watson) Ristmae, Michael Glen Gelinas, Anissa Ross, Tanis Deziel, Michael Watson, Jesse Gelinas, David Ross, Glenalan Ross, and eight great grandchildren.
