Obituary of Ronald William Alexander

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Ronald William Alexander of London, Ontario on August 2, 2023 in his 86th year. Survived by his devoted wife of 39 years Leona Ross-Alexander. Loving father to Ron Alexander, Darren (Lorrie) Alexander and Lisa Alexander. Ron loved being a Papa to Sara, Clinton and Michelle and Great Papa to Braydon & Aubrey. Ron grew up in Cambridge, Ontario and enjoyed playing the drum along side big brother Doug’s bagpipes in various Pipe & Drum bands in the area. Predeceased by his brother Douglas Alexander, sisters Donna Bruce, Beverly Parsons, Gloria Rife and survived by sister Linda (Peter) Gates. Ron will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. All will feel his loss and cherish the years of happy memories spent together. Ron was an avid golfer and taught many in the family the fundamentals of the game with patience and encouragement. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of life will take place at a future date.
