Celebration of Life Kevin Stewart O’Reilly Saturday, March 25, 2023 On Friday, February 24th, 2023, surrounded by his loving family, it is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our brother Kevin at Victoria Hospital in his 65th year. Predeceased by his parents Richard (1982) & Carmela (2015). Lovingly remembered by Pat (Graham/Moore) and Jolene J., Will (Debbie Carrigan), Doug (Millie Henstridge), his niece Megan (Mason Landry), his nephew Christopher (Emily Paulger) and their children Liam & Madison. He will also be missed by Rodney & Murray Day as well as many of our cousins and their families. Cremation has taken place. There will be a private inurnment at St. Peter’s Cemetery in the future. Kevin’s Celebration of life will take place in the Common Room at 905 Southdale Rd. W. from 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 25th, 2023. Those wishing to attend, please come to the front door and someone will be there to greet you. Kevin was an avid historian, family archivist, photographer, and lover of all things Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, & Emily in Paris. He had a keen sense of humor for British Comedy. Kevin’s innate ability at sales garnered him many prizes including an amazing trip to Hawaii in 2000. He was the caregiver for Mom after Dad passed away, and they travelled near and far over the next 33 years. He loved life and lived it to the fullest right to the end. As Kevin suffered from Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis and was on his way to receiving a double lung transplant, if you wish to make a memorial donation, please consider The Lung Association of Canada.
