William Joseph "Bill" Tugwell Peacefully at Victoria Hospital on January 3rd, 2023, in his 82nd year. Predeceased by his wife Pat. Dear Father of Brent (Theresa) and Kim (Mike), both of London. Loving Grandfather of Michael (Alicia), Alycia (Reed), Jocelyn (Eric) and Justin. Loving Great-Grandfather of Peyton, Amelia and Abigail. Cremation has taken place. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Justin’s Parish 855 Jalna Blvd, London, Saturday January 14th at 12:30pm. Visitation 1 hour prior in the Church.
