Obituary of Francine Wouters

Peacefully, at home, on Wednesday April 27th, 2022. In her 92nd year. Predeceased by her husband Jeff Wouters (1995). Dear mother of Ann Wouters and Pat (Jim) Versteegh. Loving grandmother of Alexandra, Eric and Matthew Versteegh. Predeceased by her sisters Yvonne Lemmens and Mary Louise Van Deun and brother Jean Lambotte. Loved and missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends in Belgium and Canada. Cremation has taken place. A gathering of family and friends to celebrate Fran’s life will be held at a later date. There’s a saying that it takes a village to raise a child. It also takes a village to help our older parents stay in their own homes. A very special thank-you to our village of family, friends, neighbors and health care providers who helped mom stay in her own home. It was her greatest wish and because of you that was possible.
