I remember David and his friend Max Roberts were the founders of the London Welsh Society in 1960. And the following year both Joyce and I had our first babies, Bob and Michael. That same year the L.W.S. arranged a charter flight to the U.K. We flew B.O.A.C. and the plane had propellers!. It took 10 hours to get there and 14 to come back. The Society flourished for many years, bringing back many happy memories.
I send my condolences to Davids family.
